How to Use it with the SaunaBox:

• Open up the top of the Steam Output Dispenser found inside of the Sauna Box. Do not put essential oils in the stainless steal SmartSteam chamber itself. This is harmful to the steamer & lid..
  
• Place 4-10 drops of an essential oil of your preference inside the steam dispenser.
  
• Clean out steam dispenser after each use when the unit has cooled and ensure no water remains before the next session.
• CAUTION: Do not touch dispenser if sauna is in use or after sauna use. EXTREMELY HOT.
